SESSION 1

Healthy Eating

I’ll cut through all the hype & fads so you know what your body really needs - regardless of which principles guide your personal dietary choices.

Vegetarian? Pescatarian? Vegan? Paleo? Mediterranean?

It doesn’t matter!

Whatever you choose, the foundations are the same - and this workshop’s all about building healthy foundations!

We’ll kick of the series with the basic principals of healthy eating, whatever your age!

This is the workshop for you if:

You know you need to make changes, but you’re overwhelmed & don’t know where to start.

You’ve had enough of fad diets and are ready to make lasting changes that work for life.

You’re confused about which foods are really healthy, so you end up buying the same old foods at the supermarket each week.

Instead, I’ll show you real-world strategies to keep you on track and empower you to confidently mix it up with new, healthy recipes whenever you need a change.

  • Sugar & common energy-dense, nutrient-poor foods to limit

  • Tips for choosing nutritious foods & recipes

  • Some Strategies for introducing new foods to kids

You’ll learn how food and certain nutrient imbalances can contribute to behaviour, immune & sleep issues in kids.
