Meet Kelly…

Hi I’m Kelly, qualified nutritionist and mum of three.

Before studying nutrition I worked for almost 15yrs in the Early Childhood industry across a variety of roles including leadership & advisory positions.

After working through my own kid's food intolerance issues, my eyes were opened to the profound impact food has on our health, and I knew I needed to share this with everyone & help them make these connections too.

In addition to educating the community via my various workshops, I also work clinically with clients to address health symptoms & conditions, with a particular interest in supporting those with autoimmune disorders.
