Meet Kelly…

Hi, I’m Kelly & I’m a qualified holistic nutritionist (BHSc Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine).

I live on the outskirts of Brisbane with my husband and our three kids, and I’m passionate about real, healthy (delicious) food.

My family’s journey with food intolerances showed me just how powerful diet can be in supporting health and drove me to completely change my career in order to learn as much as I could about nutritional & dietetic medicine.

Along the way I’ve learnt how to support my own health and manage issues that have been problematic my whole life, such as general low-grade allergies, headaches, migraines and hormone imbalances.

And now I get to share my passion with others, to help them learn the power of food & understand that a healthy diet is so much more than counting calories, & balancing fats, carbs & protein.

I have a particular interest in supporting women and their families to apply the principles of nutritional & dietetic medicine to address autoimmune disorders & other underlying causes of illness, building health from the foundations up.

Nutritional & dietetic medicine isn’t a band-aid, quick pill or cure-all for ill health, however with knowledge and commitment you can make changes which support your body and promote overall health & wellbeing.
