This workshop has been designed for parents who are challenged by their child’s picky eating behaviours because nothing is more stressful than mealtime battlefields!
Are you tired of wasting time making good food that ends up in the bin (or the dog’s bowl)?
Do you find yourself drawn into no-win power struggles with your kids over what they should be eating?
Do you just wish you could get through one meal time without the overwhelm & BIG emotions?
With first-hand experience parenting an extremely fussy child, almost 15yrs years experience in the early childhood sector, and now a qualified nutritionist, I've combined my knowledge and training of kid’s behaviour, development, growth, nutritional & health needs, to support parents with real-world strategies for working through this frustrating issue.
In this live Zoom workshop I'll show you:
A range of strategies and steps to make meal times enjoyable for everyone
How to support your child and avoid power struggles over food
A detailed, step-by-step process to guide you as you work through food aversions calmly & with confidence
You'll also receive some helpful handouts to keep after the presentation which you can refer back to at any time.
